Vision

Education and Training Unit for Underground Mining is an educational and training institution under Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources, which is engaged in implementing underground mining education and training.

Education and Training Unit for Underground Mining has a role to develop and maintain the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and the OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in a sustainable, consistent and controlled manner with the principles of empowerment and development of existing human resources in order to provide international quality education and training in the Underground Mining Sector with professional services to produce competent human resources.
